I was honored to be a Fellow with O'Reilly's 2015 SOLID Conference- Hardware, Software, and the Internet of Things. (http://solidcon.com/internet-of-things-2015) 

I brought my laser scanner system to show.

It was an amazing conference.  I was able to share my ideas with scientists, engineers and technologists.  Many were enthusiastic about the project.  

Despite the above careful packing, The output laser was damaged in transit, and I spent my time in between speaking with people about the project, sussing out the issue.

However this prototype was what came along to California with me.  At this stage, I have the output raster imaging only very simplified video.
